Quoted prices are valid for 30 days and may change thereafter.
Prices quoted are based on information provided by the client at the time of assessment.
Swift Movers reserves the right to adjust pricing if additional services, excess load, delays, restricted access, or unforeseen circumstances arise during the move.
Any additional charges will be communicated to the client for approval before execution.
Swift Movers does NOT handle, pack, move, or store valuables, including but not limited to:
Jewelry
Cash
Watches
Important documents
Laptops, phones, or personal gadgets
Clients are solely responsible for removing and securing all valuables before commencement of the move.
Swift Movers shall not be held liable for loss or damage to valuables left inside items, boxes, bags, or furniture without prior written declaration and agreement.
Only items physically handled, packed, or moved by Swift Movers are considered part of the job.
Items not moved or documented during pickup cannot form the basis of a claim.
Clients must ensure all items to be moved are presented and disclosed before loading begins.
Items stored with Swift Movers are stored at the client’s risk, except where damage is proven to be caused by gross negligence.
Swift Movers is not responsible for:
Pre-existing damage
Hidden or undisclosed contents
Items not listed or inventoried
Clients are advised to inspect stored items immediately upon retrieval.
Clients must inspect all items and installations and approve completion before our team departs.
Any issues, damages, or discrepancies must be reported within 48 hours of service completion.
Swift Movers will not be liable for complaints raised after 48 hours.
A ₦20,000 mobilization fee applies if our team arrives and the job is canceled or rescheduled by the client.
Same-day cancellations are non-refundable.
Swift Movers’ liability is limited to items directly handled by our team and proven to be damaged due to negligence.
Swift Movers shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, or alleged losses, including missing items not moved by our staff.
Payment of invoice, job confirmation, or allowing Swift Movers to commence work constitutes full acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
